DecoNell Delivery Terms

At DecoNell, we attach great importance to clear agreements. That is why we have prepared the most important delivery terms for you:

Payment

• Payment term: 7 days from the delivery date.
• In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees and interest.

Delivery

• Deliveries are carried out on CC containers / Danish trolleys (CC-tag6).
• We kindly request our clients to return CC trolleys and registration tags to our account: RFH – 96140 within three (3) days of the delivery date.
• If the trolleys and/or tags are not returned on time, we will be forced to charge a financial penalty.

Transport & Packaging

• Our goods are packed in cartons on pallets or on Danish trolleys.
• Delivery can be made to the client’s premises or via personal pickup at our production facility.

 

Agreements & Quality

• We make every effort to ensure that our products are delivered in perfect quality and in accordance with the agreement.
• All complaints must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
